In accordance with UNEP (United Nations Environment Program) recommendations to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels and CO2 emissions, in all aspects available, manufacturing industries location ought to be close to the raw material required.
But also, as close as possible to the national consumer market. Together, it will reduce the requirement of long distance transports of goods, by roads/railways/oceans/air.
By recycling forest waste material, being purified before extracting cellulose/lignin for basic use developing Bio-Eco TT liquid products, the cellulose/lignin has to be modified to meet the product requirements. Instead of burning the forest waste materials, the recycling reduces the CO2 (carbon dioxide) impact on the environment.
There are many product applications available concerning MHE respectively Bio-Eco TT liquid products.
The MHE chemical composition products (liquid/powder) concern fire fighting regarding wild forest fire fighting.
Meanwhile Bio-Eco TT liquid products concern cleaning, coating respectively disinfection wiper products.
They are all absolutely free from any classified hazardous chemicals, still complete outstanding in competition regarding functionality respectively efficiency, compared with other similar application products on the consumer market 2024/2025.
The Swedish consumer market requests concern Bio-Eco TT-18/19 products for industrial respectively household cleaning. But also, impregnation /saturation / coating products like TT-41 developed to withstand black mould, algae, fungus and rot attacks on sawn wood, requested by the Swedish saw mill industries.
Both business segments are constantly growing these days.
Recently, machine wash stations, aimed for trucks in Sweden, have successfully tested to use TT-18 resp. TT-19 for cleaning trucks – outside & inside. But also, trucks with garbage containers applying TT-41 as a surface top coating layer protection inside the containers, to reduce the risk of black mould and other micro-organisms to grow inside the garbage containers.
The tests even concerned to apply a surface top coating layer protection with TT-51, to reduce the risk of multi-resistant staphylococcus bacteria resp. E-coli bacteria to be spread by the garbage containers. The tests seemed to meet the market demands on reducing the spread of bacteria etc.
Another Bio-Eco business segment concerns products like TT-30/31/32/33 for impregnation of natural fibre materials to withstand ignition in contact with open flames concern textiles (cotton/hemp/jute), cigarette wrap and filter, veneers, timber, sawn wood etc.
